How does INIO music store work?
Easy! Check out the catalog, click on an artist you like or want to hear, click an album you'd like to download from, preview the songs to find out which you want to purchase, click add to cart, and after you done shopping, click check out. Enter your pay pal information and if you don't have pay pal, no worries, just fill out your credit card number and after that you will immediately receive an email with a secure link to your purchases.
Click that link and your downloads will begin automatically. You can specify what folder the music downloads to.

Why do you need my email and zip?
We use this information to see where our customers are coming from and we need your email to send you awesome emails about upcoming artist, albums, new music and promotions on the site, like free music!

How soon do I get the Mp3 files?
As soon as you receive the email and click the links.

How long do the links last?
The Links will last about 1 month. So go ahead and download when you get the email so you won't forget and waste money!!!

Do I need to download any software?
NO! This just downloads straight Mp3 files to your hard drive.

What format does your videos come in?
Mp4. You can play that on pretty much any player.

Can I play these files on my portable Mp3 player?
Yes you can!

Can I share these files?
Although we prefer each person to buy his or her own copy of our products, we are not able to protect our music after it is downloaded. If we were to protect it, it would only be able to be played on your computer. Now wouldn't that suck to buy an Mp3 and only hear it at home and not while you jog?!

Can I burn the videos to DVD and watch them on my tv?
Yes you can. Although the resolution will be grainy and distorted. The video's were designed to be viewed on your computer.
